We work out of several different studios and often times train at various gyms. Home training is becoming increasingly more popular too. You will need to bring one set of 3 lb, 5 lb, 8 lb or 10 lb hand weights and an exercise mat. Consider your fitness level when choosing the proper weights to bring. Sometimes Male clients think they should bring heavier dumbbells and always regret it when they do!
What happens with the Bootcamp sessions in the event of inclement weather? If a particular Bootcamp location does not have a shelter or gymnasium, we will provide ponchos for everyone. We train RAIN or SHINE unless it is storming heavily. Further instructions on how to deal with bad weather will be given on the first day of Bootcamp. If we are forced to cancel sessions due to bad weather, we will extend the camp accordingly. Is there a refund policy? What will I get out of it?
